Organically grown and,dry-farmed Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon harvested and fermented together. Aged for 28 months in neutral oak barrel. Ripe blackberry, fig, green herbs, and leather on the nose, continuing on to the palate with black pepper, jalapeno, sage, and thyme. Decant if enjoying today. Drink from 2023 through 2030.
