This Tavel-inspired dark rosé captures the structure and concentrated fruit from each early-picked variety we produce our award winning Rosé from. Individual lots are fermented dry separately and carefully blended into this one of a kind bottling that combines the mouth watering vibrancy of Rosé with structure and fruit. This wine can be enjoyed on its own or paired with an array of foods at the dinner table.
