No Returns or Exchanges

At Cavaletti Vineyards, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We strive to ensure that every bottle of our wine arrives in perfect condition and ready to be enjoyed.

Due to federal and state regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, Cavaletti Vineyards does not accept returns or exchanges on wine purchases. All wine sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed.

Damaged Shipments & Refunds

If you believe you have received a defective wine (such as wine that is corked or otherwise spoiled), please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly offer a store credit for the defective product upon receipt of:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

2. Email the photos, order number, and a brief description of the damage to patrick.kelley@cavalettivineyards.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will issue a refund of store credit.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. While we take great care in packaging your order, Cavaletti Vineyards is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery errors, or orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
