If you believe you have received a defective wine (such as wine that is corked or otherwise spoiled), please contact us within
30 days of purchase. We will gladly offer a
store credit for the defective product upon receipt of:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
2. Email the photos, order number, and a brief description of the damage to
patrick.kelley@cavalettivineyards.com within
7 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will issue a refund of store credit.
