Classic Ventura County Syrah aromatics of graphite, cedar, and white pepper with a palate loaded with dark brambly fruit and a lingering finish. Native fermentation with 25% stem inclusion. 10% Petite Sirah from the Santa Ynez Valley was blended in for balance and the wine was aged in 25% new American Oak barrels for 22 months before bottling without fining or filtering.
