A beautiful wine sourced entirely from Estelle Vineyard in the Los Olivos District of Santa Ynez. Nebbiolo takes a long ripening period in the vineyard to tame aggressive tannins and fierce acidity. We ran out the clock on this vintage and harvested on November 1st, two days before the first frost of the season. Fermented with native yeasts. Beautiful aromatics of cut rose petals meet maraschino cherry on the palate with bright acidity and firm tannins. Bottled unfined and unfiltered after barrel aging in older oak barrels for 15 months.
